The CAC Leadership Development Program provides leadership training and hands-on experience to young adults in key ministry areas, including youth, kids, creative arts, digital media, community outreach and events.

Our vision is to provide a place where interns can develop their unique spiritual gifts and receive mentoring by experienced leaders while serving and learning alongside staff and volunteers.
